Join us for the Eastbourne Legal Walk
Enjoy a 10km sponsored walk on Thursday 16th July along Eastbourne's stunning coastline, raising vital funds to keep free legal advice available for everyone in our town.
Every penny raised comes directly to Citizens Advice Eastbourne. Whether you're from a law firm, barristers' chambers, an in-house legal department, or a university law group, this is your chance to walk alongside your local legal community and make a real difference.
Why we need your support
Demand for our services has never been higher. Since the rise in the cost of living, the number of Eastbourne residents coming to us for help with debt, benefits, housing and employment has increased dramatically. We're also seeing more people seeking support with domestic abuse situations.
We help over 4,000 Eastbourne residents every year — but we need sustainable funding to keep our doors open and our advisers on hand for the people who need us most. The Eastbourne Legal Walk is one of the most important ways we raise that funding.
In 2025, walkers raised over £2,900 for Citizens Advice Eastbourne. Help us go further in 2026.
What to expect on the day
You'll walk a breathtaking 10km coastal route alongside fellow members of Eastbourne's legal community, before celebrating your achievement at a post-walk drinks reception hosted by the London Legal Support Trust (LLST) at The View Hotel.

LLST organises the event on our behalf and will:
Set up a fundraising page for your organisation and personalise it if you wish
Keep you updated with regular event information emails
Provide an experienced fundraising lead available throughout the week to answer any questions
