Help to Claim Adviser
Salary: £26,632 full-time plus 3% pension
Working hours: Up to 16 hours per week
Fixed Term Contract - end date 31st March 2027
We currently have a vacancy for a Help to Claim Adviser.
Advisers help people apply for Universal Credit and give advice up until the first correct payment is received.
Ideally, you will have current or recent experience of working on our Help to Claim service. You may currently be working in this role at another Citizens Advice and wish to increase your working hours.
Alternatively, you may have experience of giving advice in a quality-assured service, including as a volunteer. If you are new to the role, full training will be provided.
We are looking for staff who are committed to the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice service and who strive for excellence in delivering a high-quality service to our clients.
This role can be home-based and we would welcome applicants from those who are comfortable with working with others remotely, including the use of video conferencing, email and phone.
